Raja, a former telecom minister and a key accused of 2G scam, on Friday accused the CBI in the Delhi court to make her ex-assistant Aseervatham Acharya "false witness" to displace him.

Raja, who had refused to cross-examine witnesses for over a month, saying he did not do so till the CBI files charge sheet and the third supplement to the sensor case, the defense began to be questioned on Thursday by the Acharya.
The CBI had filed a third charge sheet on December 12 day, after which the limit was said that he will cross examine witnesses only to the officials to displace the government policy.
The time limit had caused a lot of questions about his conversation always Acharya of the former company lobbyist Niira Radia, frequently changing his residence and mobile phone numbers.
Acharya was on Thursday appealed to the judge that he received threats against a person present in the courtroom, who sat Chandolin in the morning.
